Foundation Awards 9 Grants, $29K

At their April 18, 2019 meeting, the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy Foundation Board of Trustees awarded nine grants totaling more than $29,000. The grants supported recreational programs and improvements throughout the watershed. The Board of Trustees also awarded four Mini Grants to youth camps located along Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District lakes.

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to supporting the mission of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District by providing financial resources that enhance facilities, programs and conservation efforts on or adjacent to District lands and waters. Since 2004, the Foundation has funded 122 grant projects totaling over $408,000.
